KM SP 1000 is a VOC-compliant, solvent-based primer that improves acrylic coating adhesion to most aged TPO and PVC membranes. Its bright orange color makes it easy for the applicator to achieve complete monolithic surface application, and its superior coverage provides a cost-effective alternative to competing products.

KM Acryl 85 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating with a solids content of 51% on average. Specifically designed to meet or exceed ASTM D6083 Types I and II physical property requirements. Min-Prime is a stain-blocking, low-VOC acrylic primer used to improve the adhesion of acrylic roof coatings to a variety of substrates. The thin solution quickly penetrates pores and dries.

Primeseal 1 is a black water-based epoxy primer/ sealer designed to increase the bond of KM Coatings acrylic elastomeric coatings and spray polyurethane foam to a wide variety of roofing substrates. It develops a tenacious bond to wood, concrete, fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces.

EPDM Primer is a sprayable liquid with a low viscosity that is used to pre-treat an EPDM rubber roof membrane before power washing and applying the roof coating. Encourages the adhesion of the elastomeric coating to the EPDM surface.

Epoxy Primer is a two-component, one-to-one water-based epoxy primer that improves adhesion to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates. It is non-flammable and emits low levels of VOCs.
