TMTM is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

It acts as middle-speed accelerator, suitable for natural and synthetic rubber, and also can be used as activator for kinds of thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide. It acts as plasticizer and plastic-divider on chloroprene rubber, especially suitable for rubber products such as tire, rubber shoes, and so on. DPG is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 3-4.

A fast curing accelerator with a delayed action, especially suitable for the basic furnace carbon black natural rubber and synthetic rubber, able to improve the physical and anti-aging properties of rubber, also be used as tire rubbers.

As a kind of super accelerator used to natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. Commonly, using with some other kind of accelerators such as benzothiazole, sulfenamide. A fast velocity at vulcanizing temperature can be obtained, and intensile can be increased. Suitable for making inner tube of tires, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable, etc.. Don’t use for manufacturing the products contacting with foods. TDEC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4.

A delayed action accelerator of vulcanization for natural and synthetic rubber. The speed of vulcanization is similar to CBS’s, but it’s delaying is larger than the CBS. There is little pollution and the color is changeless. It can be used as rubber products of tire.

A kind of amine antioxidant, the property of anti-heat oxide is good. It is suitable to nature rubber and variety of synthetic rubbers except chloroprene rubber. The effecting is invisible to protect curved fatigue and ozone, usually use it with other antioxidant that can protect curved fatigue and ozone. It is widely used to manufacture tires, rubber tuber, belts, shoes, fiber, normal industrial rubber products, also latex products. It is known as a stabilizer which used to polyisopentadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, butadiene styrene rubber. It is able to inhibit harmful metals.

It is an antioxidant used for rubber products with high efficiency, low poison and low solvent-extraction amount. Also used as stablizer in synthetic rubber. It’s main used in tire, rubber shoes, belt, hoses automotive mounts so on. IPPD is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and under BGVV XXI, Categories 3-4.

A universal rubber accelerator, mainly is used in tires, rubber shoes and other rubber articles. It is not used in rubber bags for food because of its bitterness. MBT is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105, 176.300 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.

Rubber accelerator MBTS Used with other accelerators in tires, rubber belts and so on. MBTS is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4.

A good delayed action accelerator, suitable for natural and synthetic rubber and tire rubber products, able to improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products. CBS is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Category 4.

Vulcanizing Agent DTDM is used as the rubber accelerator and vulcanized agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber. Under the curing temperature, it can release activing sulfur, effective sulfur content is about 27%. It has operating safety, curing speed is slow when it is used alone. The curing speed can be arised when used with thiazole, thiuram, thiocarbamate. There are many advantages, such as, no-spray, no-pollution, no-discolor, easy to disperse. It is especially suitable to butadiene rubber. Mainly it is used to manufacture tires, inner tube, rubber beltl, heat-resistance rubber products, etc.. Konson® accelerator MTT is a thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms, which cross-links halogen-containing polymers. It is suitable for vulcanization cross-linking of CIIR and CR,especially as a highly effective accelerator for CR. Compared with NA-22, Konson® accelerator MTT maintains the good physical properties and aging resistance of NA-22 vulcanized CR, and also improves the scorch performance and operation safety of the rubber compound. Also combines faster curing characteristics. Konson® accelerator MTT is easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, non-discoloring . It is usually used in the manufacture of cables, tapes, rubber shoes, tires, and bright-colored products.
