Steel and concrete:
- For structures in categories of atmospheric corrosivity medium, high, very high and extreme (C3, C4, C5 and CX - ISO-12944-2 / 2018).
Non-ferrous metal surfaces:
- As an adhesive or protective coating.
- Compatible Coatings
Depending on operating conditions, the product may be used with different types of paints.
- One-component polyurethanes cured with the humidity of Rayston (PU 1K).
- Epoxy 2 components (EP 2K) from Rayston.
- Polyurethanes two components of Rayston (PU 2K).

- At temperatures below zero up to -18°C.
- High relative humidity up to 99%.
- No dew point restrictions.
- No restrictions on the maximum repainting time.
- Minimal surface preparation to St2 grade (ISO 8501-1).
- As a sealer coat for non-metallic surfaces and galvanized.
- Do not apply in rain or snow, or if the applied material does not have enough time to be dry to the touch, before it rains or snows.
- *At relative humidity below 30%, it is recommended to add Rayston Activator.

- There is no maximum overcoating interval.
- Rayston Activator may shorter drying time of the coating.
- Dryingand curing time determined at controlled temperatureand relative humidity (RH) 60 - 80%.
- As the relative humidity of the air decreases, the curing time of the coating increases.
- Application Data
Homogenization: It is a single component, before its use, it must be thoroughly homogenized with a low-speed mechanical mixer, avoiding air entrapment. Before opening the boats,
ensure that the temperature of the material is at least 3ºC above the dew point.Dilution: Addition of thinner is not normally required. If needed Raystonthinner or Raystonthinner CC can be added up to 10% by volume.
Note: In case of not using the recommended thinners, the manufacturer does not responsible for the possible reduction in product quality.
Cleaning: All equipment should be cleaned with Raystonthinner Thinner or Raysstonthinner CC immediately after completion. the job.
- Application Method
Spray Application: The airless machine is the main method of application. For other spray methods, viscosity correction may be required.
Brush: Brush application recommended for clipping and review or small repairs.
Roller: Roller application not recommended for primer coat application. The roller could be used to replenish lack of thickness
