Kusumoto Chemicals DISPARLON

Disparlon AQ-330 is a solvent free wetting and dispersing agent based on polymer with phosphoric acid group ester, designed for metallic pigments (i.e. aluminum paste, pearlescent pigments etc.) pre-dispersion in water-borne coating systems.

DISPARLON AQ-320 is a solvent free wetting and dispersing agent based on polymer with phosphoric acid group ester, designed for metallic pigments (i.e. aluminum paste, pearlescent pigments etc.) pre-dispersion in water-borne coating systems.

DISPARLON AQ-501 is a defoaming / anti-popping agent based on blend of vinyl copolymer, surfactants and mineral oils for water borne systems, designed to disperse uniformly in the paint. There is effective not only to prevent popping and forms by reducing entrapment of air into the paint, but also improve leveling and cratering, which is caused by contamination such as oil stain deposited on the substrate to be coated.

DISPARLON AQ-7120 is designed as wetting & leveling agent based on acrylic-silicone polymers and easily dispersed into waterborne systems uniformly. DISPARLON AQ-7120 improves wettability on substrates remarkably and shows excellent leveling property in film forming process. Unlike general silicone based products, they have excellent recoatability and storage stability. Besides from their nature characteristics, they can improve the flip-flop of metallic pigments, defoaming and anti floating/flooding properties.

Disparlon AQ-380 is a pigment wetting/dispersing agent composed of an acrylic polymer and an amine, and is highly effective for dispersing organic/inorganic pigments such as carbon black. DISPARLON AQ-880 reduces the viscosity of high pigment loading systems and improves color strength and DOI. The waterborne pigment paste composed of water and pigments can be made with DISPARLON AQ-380.

Disparlon AQ-530S is a defoaming/anti-popping agent based on blend of vinyl polymer and hydrocarbons for water borne systems, designed to disperse uniformly in the paint. There is effective not only to prevent popping and forms by reducing entrapment of air into the paint, but also to prevent foaming during production process.

DISPARLON AQ-340 is a wetting and dispersing agent based on polyether phosphate and amine, designed for a broad type of organic color pigments in water-borne coating systems. W/B pigment paste can be prepared with DISPARLON AQ-340, water and organic pigments.

Disparlon AQ-360 is a wetting and dispersing agent based on anionic surfactant and amine, designed for a broad type of organic color pigments in water-borne coating systems. W/B pigment paste can be prepared with DISPARLON AQ-360, water and organic pigments.

DISPARLON AQ-7180 is designed as leveling & anti-craterling agent based on acrylic silicone polymer and easily dispersed into waterborne systems uniformly. DISPARLON AQ-7180 improves wettability on substrates remarkably and shows excellent leveling property in film forming process. Unlike general silicone based products, they have excellent recoatability and storage stability. Besides from their nature characteristics, they can improve the flip-flop of metallic pigments, defoaming and anti-floating/flooding properties.
