Approximate Coverage
2 Gallon (7.6 L) Kit 180–266 ft2 (16.7–24.7 m² ) at 12–18 mils (0.3–0.5 mm)

Mixing
Allow kits of NXT Epoxy Primer to acclimate to 65–75°F (18-24°C) before mixing. Add complete contents of Part B to complete contents of Part A and mix with a low speed drill (400 – 600 rpm) until mix is homogeneous and streak free. To ensure complete blending pour the mixture into a second pail and mix again.
Application
For proper application instructions refer to TDS230 Substrate Preparation And Primer Guide for Laticrete Self-leveling Products. Field visits by LATICRETE personnel are for the purpose of making technical recommendations only and not for supervising or providing quality control on the jobsite.

Cleaning and Disposal
Clean tools and equipment with Xylol*. Cured material must be removed mechanically. Dispose of waste material in accordance with local, state or federal regulations.
* Warning : Xylol is flammable and hazardous. Use with proper ventilation. Wear safety goggles and gloves. Consult with SDS before using Xylol.
- Maintenance
Non-finish LATICRETE and NXT installation materials require no maintenance but installation performance and durability may depend on properly maintaining products supplied by other manufacturers.

Storage & Handling
- Shelf LIfe
Containers are to be kept tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is one year when stored properly, between 40-105 °F (4-41°C). Keep from freezing.
Limitations
- Do not install when surface temperature is below 50°F (10°C), when ambient temperature is expected to be below 60°F (16°C) during placement or before material takes final set or when temperature will be above 90°F (32°C).
- Adhesives/mastics, mortars and grouts for ceramic tile, pavers, brick and stone are not replacements for waterproofing membranes. When a waterproofing membrane is required, use a LATICRETE® Waterproofing Membrane on top of the cured NXT underlayment.
- Do not apply NXT Epoxy Primer to areas where there is standing water.
- Not for submerged applications.
