Hypertex® Active Catalyst is a silicone-based fluid product employed as a catalyst in two-component applications. Its industrial additives feature heat resistance, ensuring no color changes after curing. With a suitable viscosity for printing, it exhibits both high and low heat resistance. This coating is typically used in 2K (2-component) coatings and textile coatings. Hypertex® Active Catalyst is added to the silicone mixture and mixed to initiate the curing process.

Cossil® SMART is a 20% micro-emulsion of amino functional silicone polymer, designed for uniform deposition, maximum penetration, and optimum performance. Free from alkylphenol ethoxylate (APE) emulsifiers, it is ideal for various hair care applications including hair serums, shampoos, rinse-off and leave-on hair conditioners, and hair colorants. It enhances both wet and dry combing, reduces hair flyaway, and imparts shine without causing heaviness.

Cossil® SMART

Disperlat® WG 990 consists of sodium alkyl naphthalene sulphonate and functions as a highly effective dispersing agent. It ensures very good and stable dispersion and suspensibility, making it ideal for WG formulations. Moreover, Disperlat® WG 990 facilitates perfect granulation for WG formulations, and its good dispersion properties result in a uniform product that is easy for further processing. This product typically appears as a light to dark brown free-flowing powder.

Surfeco® Plus is a super-spreading surfactant formulated with trisiloxane ethoxylate, a silicone polyether copolymer. It exhibits remarkable super-spreading properties in aqueous solutions while maintaining stability within formulations. This surfactant effectively reduces surface tension in aqueous solutions, ensuring stable effects throughout storage periods. It excels in super-spreading and wetting applications, significantly lowering surface tension compared to conventional surfactants.

Emulcore® EC 70 is formulated from a proprietary blend of surfactants, encompassing both anionic and nonionic agents, making it the ideal package for EC formulation. Functioning as an O/W emulsifier, it is widely employed across various formulations, technical applications, and solvents. Emulcore® EC 70 serves as an oil adjuvant emulsifier, providing versatility in its applications. Its appearance is that of a yellow to amber-colored liquid that readily disperses in water.

Cossil® VERTEX conditioning agent is a 40% active emulsion containing alkyl-modified amino fluid. The synergy between pendant amino and terminal alkyl groups within the silicone structure contributes to heightened thermal protection, improved smoothness, increased shine, enhanced softness, and better manageability for dry hair. This emulsion is easily formulated, presenting a versatile foundation for the development of various hair care applications.

Emulcore® EC 50 is composed of a proprietary blend of surfactants, combining both anionic and nonionic agents, making it the recommended emulsifier for EC formulations. Serving as an O/W emulsifier, it finds utility across various formulations, technical applications, and solvents. Emulcore® EC 50 specifically acts as an oil adjuvant emulsifier. It appears as a yellow to amber-colored liquid and is easily dispersible in water.

Texamin® Rustic is a low-viscosity macroemulsion formulated with a high molecular weight silicone fluid, serving as a textile softener. It is versatile and suitable for use on all natural and synthetic fiber mixtures, as well as various woven or knit fabrics prepared by ring or open spun yarns. It imparts a super soft and smooth hand feel, resulting in a slippery effect. Additionally, it improves crease recovery, enhances sewability, and is compatible with resin finishing agents. Moreover, Texamin® Rustic exhibits color intensifying properties, enhancing the vibrancy of fabrics.

Hypertex® Repellix is a two-component silicone elastomer featuring an addition curing system. Post-curing, it maintains its color without any changes, offering excellent washing durability. Its viscosity is well-suited for printing applications, providing an outstanding silky touch effect. Additionally, it exhibits both high and low heat resistance. Curing time can be expedited by using elevated temperatures. This elastomer presents itself with a transparent appearance.
