Application

Apply With:

• Squeegee/roller: for use with wood head rubber squeegees, window washer type squeegees and roller applicators using a mohari nap sleeve with a solvent resistant core.
• Brush: for sue with roofers brush, white wash brush Ishorten bristles by 1/3 the length) or smooth edge metal float.
• Trowel: for use by gloved hand or trowel.

Applications

Laurenco Adhesives are specifically formulated to adhere to all asphaltic materials of 45 mils. Or more, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet materials, and insulations including:

• Polystyrene bead board.
• Styrofoam board.
• Urethane boards (polyisocyanuratel).
• All Laurenco waterproofing and roofing systems.
• Woven glass fabric, cotton, jute, and all roofing felts.

Technical Details & Test Data

Test Results

Standard Laurenco Adhesive applied at a rate of two gallons per square [100 sq. ft.l yields the following test results.

• Weathering Daily Cycle B, (ASTM D-529-82): No cracking or crazing. No slump. Turns a slight gray color.
• Hardness: Attains a Shore Hardness of 60 max.
• Ductility: ASTM D-113-79) at 1 cm per minute 132.9F=4C] 125% elongation min.
• Win Up-lift Pul: 150 Ibs. using test apparatus.
• Water Permeability: [ASTM E-96-80) 0.05 perms/hr./sq.ft.
• Excellent adherence to concrete, metals, glass, insulations, wood, coal tar pitch and felts etc. Exceptions: silicones, certain acrylics and animal fats [tallow) and EPDM.
• Wet Mil Film Thickness:16 mils per gallon per 100 sq. ft. min.
