Diene™55NF10 is a solution polymerized rubber grade medium cis polybutadiene that contains a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. This medium viscosity grade rubber is used in a variety of molded and extruded mechanical goods. Diene™55NF10 offers excellent resistance to abrasion, high resilience or rebound, low temperature flexibility, and good resistance to fatigue cracking and crack growth.

SBR 4684 is a developmental carbon black master batch (CBMB) containing 52 parts of N-234 carbon black. It is extended with 10 parts of highly aromatic oil. SBR 4684 has excellent abrasion resistance, superior physical properties and is smooth processing. Product is made to order on demand.

Hot polymerized SBR 1009AFC is recommended for use in aerosol spray adhesives, mastics, sealants and other general purpose adhesive applications requiring low shrinkage, sag resistance, sprayability or trowelability.

Royaltherm 1411A is 30 - 40 Durometer when vulcanized with 1.8 phr of dicumyl peroxide. It can be blended with Royaltherm 1721 for intermediate hardness applications. Royaltherm 1411A is recommended for applications that require lower tensile strength than Royaltherm 1721. Royaltherm 1411A is also recommended for applications that require retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, weather and moisture resistance, electrical stability and compression recovery at low temperatures.

Stereon™SR8983 is a solution polymerized linear styrene-butadiene multi-block thermoplastic elastomer. This material has been designed as a graftable rubber modifier that is reacted with bromine and processed into a clean, white powder. The brominated Stereon™SR8983 is then combined with polystyrene to produce a flame retardant foam insulation used in building and home construction.

Diene™45NF10 is a solution polymerized rubber grade medium cis polybutadiene that contains a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. This polymer is similar to Diene 55NF but at lower viscosity for easier processing. It is used in mechanical goods where flow and mixing are important. Diene™45NF10 offers excellent abrasion resistance, high rebound, low temperature flexibility, and good resistance to fatigue cracking and crack growth.

Diene™35AC10 is a solution polymerized plastics grade medium cis polybutadiene, featuring excellent color and low gel. It is low in solution viscosity and contains a non-volatile antioxidant system. Diene™35AC10 is widely used as an impact modifier for thermoplastic resins such as HIPS and ABS.
