Vitamin D3 and K2 are a key synergistic combination and together play a central role in bone health. Vitamin D is involved in the uptake of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine, which are the main ingredients in healthy bones and teeth. This vitamin is therefore of importance for the formation of the skeleton in children. Furthermore, vitamin D helps lower the risk of falling that is linked to instability related to muscle weakness.
