- Since every paint system is unique, optimized usage levels for pigments should be determined by doing a ladder study. Recommended usage levels are between 2% and 5% based on pigment loading.
- For optimal wetting and dispersion, Falsperse 600 should be added to the grind stage and incorporated into the vehicle before the pigments and extenders are added.
