M.G. Polyblends RFM-50 has developed foaming agent masterbatch based on Exothermic blowing agent. This blowing agent is properly dispersed in a polyolefinic resin along with some specialty chemicals which helps in creating a very fine cell structure in Rotomolded LLDPE tanks. Since our Roto foam masterbatch is in pulverized form and hence there is saving in pulverization cost to our customer. M.G. Polyblends Anti Oxidant Masterbatch antioxidants are used to stabilize the polymers. M.G. Polyblends has designed anti-oxidant masterbatch based on stearically hindered phenolic antioxidant along with some specialty additives which helps in proper dispersion of anti oxidant masterbatch in final application to get better and consistent results. Better is the dispersion of additive in the polymer matrix, better the efficiency of the additive. So, it is always recommended for anti oxidant additive to be used in masterbatch form. Also it is cost effective and customized as per requirement. This masterbatch is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP Polymers.

M.G. Polyblends SI-10 has developed 50% concentrate of ultra high molecular weight polydimethyl siloxane in polypropylene carrier for use of automotive interiors, appliances and all other applications which are using PP, Talc-filed PP, TPO's, Talc-filed TPO's as the base polymer. This masterbatch is mainly used for low gloss appearance along with good scratch and abrasion resistance.

M.G. Polyblends Marble & Granite Effect Compound is used for Rotational molded parts can have special effects such as granite, marble and sparkle effects. Different additives are added to the base resin to give the desire result to the rotomolded products. These effects can withstand pressure washing. They will also not fade and are UV resistant. And available in Marble Blue/ Marble Green/ or the shade desired.

M.G. Polyblends HSC-T-384 is pioneer in developing heat shrinkable, heat curable molding compounds based on polyolefin material containing some specialty chemicals and mold release additives. Curing material (Peroxide particularly dicumyl peroxide) has not been included in this product (HSC-T-384) and hence it does not loses its processing as well as electrical properties during storage. That means it can be stored for any period of time. Users have to incorporate peroxide during sheeting of the material on a Two Roll Mill or mix in a mixer prior to use in Injection Molding. It offers excellent weathering and other electrical properties required in cable jointing applications. This compound offers antitracking properties in the molded product. Outstanding properties of this compound makes an excellent choice for the molding of heat shrinkable Rain Sheds, Cable Breakout Boots and End Caps.

M.G. Polyblends Clarifier Masterbatch consists of combination of nucleating agent and some specialty organic additives in polyolefin carrier resin. It reduces haze and increases the transparency of the injection molded items based on LDPE and PP polymers by creating large number of nucleation sites in the polymer. It also increases the dimensional stability of the product and shortening the cycle time during molding process.

M.G. Polyblends Antistatic Masterbatchis developed by M.G. Polyblends Antistatic masterbatch based on a new generation, high activity Nitrogen-free antistat additive. It specifically effective in providing static electricity control in polyolefins. It's efficiency is measured by determining the surface resistivity of the plastic surface in which this masterbatch has been used.
