M Profood M. Flavor Fkn Artificial Casings is a shrinking, polyamide-based TOP-barrier casing. The material of the artificial casing mimics the amorphous form of the natural intestine thanks to the “Natural Form Imitation” of the FKN technology. The M. FLAVOR FKN coated artificial casings are suitable for rustic-looking, long-life products. This product category is popular for filling liver-based products, patés and pre-cooked meat products.

M Profood M. FLAVOR FKN ARTIFICIAL CASINGS

M Profood M. Flavor Artificial Casings is a seven-layer shrinking artificial casing designed with a high (8-12%) overfilling capacity. The product can be easily filled and pressed, even when dry. It is recommended form hams, cold cuts, pre-cooked meat products, liver-based products, patés and processed cheese. Our partners can choose from around 70 types of coated M. FLAVOR products in three categories for small and large scale production.

M Profood M. FLAVOR ARTIFICIAL CASINGS

M Profood MP-FKN are “Natural Form Imitation” casings, which mimic the amorphous form of the natural intestines. The primary materials of this product range are multilayer, shrinking TOP-barrier polyamide artificial casings. They can be used to produce rustic-looking products with a long shelf-life, eliminating the microbiological and other product safety issues and limitations, which occur when using natural casings. They are easy to use and have an overfilling capacity of around 5-8%. Our FKN artificial casings are recommended for liver-based products, patés, hams, cold cuts and pre-cooked meat products.

M Profood M. Flavor Foils represent an exclusive product range in the foil market. They offer all the benefits of our M. FLAVOR coated casings, so they are perfectly suitable for creating new product categories and trends in the meat and poultry industries. Our coated foils are recommended for whole bacons, formed meat products, meat and liver patés and luncheon meat products.

M Profood M. FLAVOR FOILS

M Profood M. Flavor Ring Smoke artificial casings include TOP-barrier polyamide ring-casings with smoke or caramel coating. They guarantee production without filling loss and also lend a rustic, appealing finish to these products. When using our M. FLAVOR Ring Smoke products the smoking phase can be eliminated, while the product still has a pleasant smoky flavor and color, thanks to our special coating. The finished product does not require secondary packaging. Our M. FLAVOR Ring Smoke ring-casings are recommended for fillings such as cold cuts, pre-cooked meat products, liver-based products and patés.
