- Reaction Ratio
TSA-1001 M 60% should be mixed with amino resins. Recommended ratios are 75:25 or 80:20 on solid basis cooked at 120°C Temperature Use of 5-10% of Acid catalyst soln. (20% of PTSA in Xylene) is acceptable at lower cooking temperature around 80°C Temperature.
- Solvents
The solvents chosen for paints and lacquers based on TSA-1001 60% are Xylene, Toluene, Ester Glycol Ethers. It is having limited solubility in alcohols.
