Magni 560 is a chrome-free duplex coating that combines electroplated zinc and hex- chrome-free passivated substrate with an aluminum-rich organic topcoat. A coating that can be engineered to specific coefficient-of-friction needs, Magni 560 is offered with exempt solvents and typically applied to fasteners, including nuts, bolts and other hardware. Magni 560 can be applied via dip-spin or spray application methods.

Magni 567 is a chrome-free coating engineered for use on fasteners, including nuts, bolts, screws and other hardware. Developed specifically to meet more stringent corrosion and friction performance requirements, Magni 567’s three-layer system - two basecoats, one topcoat - provides consistent coverage and chemical protection.

Magni 556 is a chrome-free fastener duplex coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic aluminum-rich friction-modified topcoat. Magni 265 is a chrome-free duplex coating engineered for use on vehicle stampings and other structural components. Combining an inorganic zinc- rich basecoat with a high-performance organic topcoat, Magni 265 delivers exceptional corrosion protection on the interior and exterior of these structural components. Since it is applied after fabrication, Magni 265 provides excellent corrosion protection at the weld and heat-affect area. Unlike conventional e-coat, Magni 265 will provide extended field protection, often allowing for use of thinner-gage steel and lighter-weight components.
