Maltexco Food Liquid Malt Extract has a deep caramel color and high viscosity. It has a pleasant and characteristic malt aroma and flavor, which enhance the organoleptic aspects of the final product. It is generally used in wet blends.

Maltexco Food CP1 is the product obtained by lightly processing the barley grain in a pearling machine. When going through the process, a grain is obtained from which the pericarp has been removed, which acquires a creamy brown color and an oval shape.

Maltexco Food Barleychoc Classic is the closest to the traditional color of cocoa powder, with a brown color with reddish tones and a medium to intense bitter taste.
