The exploitation activity began in 1982 , although MANCHAVERDE® SL was founded in March 1987, therefore we are one of the oldest companies dedicated to vermiculture. At the beginning our farm only had FIVE beds or bunks, today we are one of the largest producers of earthworm humus in Europe, with about TWO MILLION kilos of production. Due to the quality of the product and its high performance, the greatest demand is in the greenhouses of Poniente Almeriense, with farmers achieving higher production and earlier harvests. At present and due to demand, we have created a line dedicated to gardening with worm HUMUS and a special SUBSTRATE that, due to its composition and formulation, Due to society's awareness of ECOLOGICAL issues , there are more and more people interested in WORM CULTURE since with this activity remains and waste are eliminated that are transformed into an excellent product for application in agriculture and gardening and that otherwise would pollute the environment.
