Matrix has grown organically and by acquisitions over 23 years to become one of the world’s leading suppliers of raw materials to the rotomoulding industry. We have always believed that our unique focus on this fantastic process means we are well placed to offer the best technical sales and support in the business. One of our key objectives is to bring fresh ideas and exciting new materials to the market and expand the range of products that can be rotomoulded.

We have strong technical roots and like to work in close collaboration with our customers. We also have close partnerships with our suppliers. Some of whom are the world’s largest petrochemical companies. We offer one of the widest ranges of materials and several of our key grades have been developed by us under our ‘design for roto’ concept. These are made to our own recipe and produced exclusively for Matrix. Our rotomoulding technical center is based in the UK. As well as a wide range of sophisticated testing equipment, pilot-scale manufacturing and color-matching the technical center also has a production-scale carousel rotomoulding machine. This is used daily for new product development and testing and to help customers with trialing. Recently we have also installed a new high output dual ultra-mill which will be available for toll processing and the production of other non-rotomolding powders. We have further technical facilities in Poland, Australia and Asia.

We are one of the largest suppliers of colored, compounded powder to the rotomoulding industry in Australia and New Zealand. In 2010 we acquired the business of Vanglobe and in 2015 we acquired the business of Hills Polymers.

Revolve M-711 is a rotational molding polyethylene general purpose grade designed to provide antistatic properties and still maintain a wide processing window, excellent mouldability and good impact strength. The grade is suitable for food contact applications. This grade is fully UV stabilized.

Revolve M-748 Black is a rotational molding hexene (C6) polyethylene black grade designed to provide stiffness and mouldability without compromising impact resistance. The grade is suitable for large water and diesel tank applications. The grade carries TÜV and WRAS approvals.

Revolve M-750 DR Black is a rotational molding, linear medium density polyethylene black hexene (C6) grade designed to provide stiffness and mouldability without compromising impact resistance. The grade is particularly suitable for automotive diesel tank applications. The grade carries TÜV approval.

Revolve R-Tuff PP60 Conductive is a rotational molding polypropylene grade designed to provide conductivity and maintain all properties related to polypropylene such as stiffness, high temperature resistance and chemical resistance.

Revolve PP45 is a rotational molding polypropylene grade based on a new advanced technology designed to provide exceptional mouldability without compromising rigidity and strength. The grade is stabilized against thermal and light degradation and it is UV8 rated.

Revolve M-601 is a Super-Linear® rotational molding grade designed to provide high stiffness without compromising impact properties and toughness which makes the grade ideal for any leisure marine products like kayaks, canoes and boats. M-601 is suitable for multi-layer applications in combination with any Matrix foam.

Revolve BH3239 Black is a rotational molding polyethylene hexene grade (C6) made exclusively for Matrix Polymers. The grade has an excellent balance of properties such as impact strength, stiffness and flow characteristics. This makes the grade suitable for tanks and industrial applications. The grade is fully UV stabilized and it is rated UV15.

Revolve R-Tuff PP60 is an advanced rotational molding polypropylene grade designed to provide enhanced cold impact properties without compromising stiffness and high temperature resistance. The grade is UV20 stabilized.
