FoamStar® SI 2299 is a highly effective deaerator and defoamer suitable for spray coating, brush, and roller applications. It excels in airless/air mix spraying, preventing microfoam efficiently. The product exhibits remarkable and persistent defoaming properties over time. Particularly well-suited for airless/air mix spraying, it also performs admirably in brush applications and, to some extent, in roller applications, effectively knocking down the foam and eliminating microfoam. Rheovis® PU 1250 EC is a polyurethane-based associative rheology modifier designed for thickening and modifying the flow properties of waterborne polymers, aqueous systems, as well as finished products such as paints, coatings, and putties. It appears as a yellowish, white, hazy liquid. This non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier serves as a mid-shear thickener, imparting a low-shear viscosity build with moderate contributions to high-shear viscosity in latex-based paints. Efka® MI 6790 ED is a specialized anti-static agent designed for use in powder coating and solventless and high-solids coating applications. This product comes with the added benefit of low VOC, aligning with labeling claims for environmentally conscious formulations. Efka® MI 6790 ED enhances substrate wetting, contributing to improved overall performance in coating applications.

CSR Plus® LF is a more aggressive cleaner of scaled concrete or painted steel surfaces and is less corrosive than most acidic de-scalers. Cleaning air stripper media with CSR Plus® LF is an alternative to costly media replacement. This is a liquid descaling product for the removal of heavy calcium carbonate and other mineral deposits from filtration basins, troughs, clarifiers, and other accessible water treatment plant surfaces. CSR Plus® LF is also used to clean air stripper media or as an off-line pipeline treatment. CSR Plus® LF is not a potable water treatment additive and therefore cannot be injected directly into potable water.

VINNAPAS® 418 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a soft hand is required. ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3242 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

VINNAPAS® CA 5317 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for backcoatings of woven materials, needle felt floor coverings, and tufted carpets. The dispersion combines a high solid content with a moderate viscosity. VINNAPAS® CA 5317 is not produced with any added organic solvents or plasticizers.

POWERSIL® 79032 is an electrically conductive silicone rubber dispersion in xylene. It serves as both a conductive coating and an adhesion-promoting primer. This product is supplied as a ready-to-use, one-component system, making it convenient for application. It exhibits low volume resistivity and acts as an effective adhesion promoter. POWERSIL® 79032 is suitable for various coating techniques, including dipping, brushing, and spraying.

ELASTOSIL® E303 Transluzent is an acetoxy-cure, free-flowable, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. A typical application is the selective coating of heat exchangers (automotive radiators).

VINNAPAS® EN 1092 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens and textile coating markets. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® EN 1092 provides a unique combination of high dry and wet strength, making it an excellent choice for various applications. The dispersion has a low formaldehyde content of less than 100 ppm, ensuring compliance with strict standards. It is particularly recommended as a binder for glassfiber scrims, offering a firm handfeel and excellent alkaline resistance.

POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a tough high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® 552 Browngreen creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and minimizing the risk of pollution flashovers.

VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer specifically designed as a base polymer for high-performance adhesives. It is produced without using formaldehyde donors. The low viscosity of VINNAPAS® EP 705A (ULS) and its excellent Newtonian flow behavior make it well-suited for high-speed packaging machines.

SILRES® BS 5133 is an aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of reactive polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It is specifically formulated to provide water repellency to thermal insulation materials made of glass or stone mineral wool that are bound with organic binder systems. SILRES® BS 5133 has been carefully developed and optimized to ensure compatibility with binders based on carbohydrates, allowing for effective integration into various insulation materials and systems.

VINNAPAS® 320 KR (ULS) is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer that offers versatility to formulators in the compounding of water-resistant and high-speed packaging adhesives. It provides good adhesion to a wide range of plastic surfaces and forms permanently flexible adhesive joints with high cohesion.

SILRES® BS 4004 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 4004 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming of mineral surfaces. Treated mineral substrates exhibit an excellent beading effect. Additionally, SILRES® BS 4004 can be used for mass hydrophobation of non-load-bearing concrete products.

LIOSIL® TS 40 E is a microemulsion of a functional silicone fluid specifically developed as a softener for the tissue industry. It offers excellent softness and a very good hydrophilic nature. The product is easily diluted with water and exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers. It is a microemulsion.

VINNAPAS® 192 (ULS) is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene for the nonwovens market. The dispersion is produced without the use of plasticizers. VINNAPAS® 192 (ULS) offers a unique balance of high dry and wet strength, excellent absorbent properties, and a good handfeel.

VINNAPAS® EP 8178 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3 °C. This dispersion is specifically designed as a high-performance, ultra-high-solids dispersion for weather-resistant air barriers. It offers excellent water resistance, ideal mechanical properties, and the capability to handle high extender loadings.

VINNAPAS® CA 55 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a medium-firm hand is required. The dispersion combines high solid content with a low viscosity—a combination that permits the addition of high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents that are typically required in the carpet industry. VINNAPAS® CA 55 is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors.

VINNAPAS® EF 1577 (CGN) is an aqueous polymer dispersion primarily composed of vinyl acetate and ethylene. This dispersion is manufactured without the addition of any organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. It is particularly suitable for producing textile coatings that are free of plasticizers, providing them with exceptional permanent flexibility and resistance to aging.

SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

VINNAPAS® EN 1165 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-based materials. This dispersion is specifically designed to serve as a moderately soft binder for nonwoven applications that demand exceptional wet tensile strength performance.

WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as an adhesion promoter for silicone rubbers. WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solution of siloxanes and reactive silanes in organic solvents. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R plus or LR silicone elastomers (addition curing).

VINNAPAS® CA 5185 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a softer hand is required. The dispersion permits the addition of high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents that are typically required in the carpet industry. VINNAPAS® eco 192 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens market. It is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers, and it does not contain any plasticizers. This product, VINNAPAS® eco, is designed to save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing process with certified sustainable renewable feedstock.

VINNAPAS® 400 H is a poly(vinyl alcohol)-stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a higher-viscosity, high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in achieving much higher formulation viscosities.

VINNAPAS® CA 5880 (BGH) is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a firmer hand is required. The dispersion combines high solid content with a lower viscosity—a combination that permits the addition of high filler loadings. This results in adhesive formulations with high solid contents that are typically required in the carpet industry. VINNAPAS® CA 5880 (BGH) is not produced with any added organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.
