BDX performs in 4 main categories:
- Lubrication - Use as a lubricant on most metal moving parts including small bearings, hinges, locks, chains, wire ropes, slides and guides etc.
- Releasing - As a superb release agent for even heavily corroded and/or seized components. Dissolving even heavy rust deposits with ease and releasing working parts and threads.
- Restoration - If an item/component has been subjected to seizure, rust or wear, BDX will perform a highly effective restoration process removing rust and contaminants, returning the treated component to usable condition and laying down a strong protective molecular layer on the surface of the part to prevent a recurrence of the problems.
- Protection - Rapidly combating moisture and corrosion, leaving a clean and lubricated surface, BDX is particularly effective in chemical, salt water and high humidity environments. BDX also offers superb performance as an assembly lubricant assisting in the assembly of new machine parts and protecting new parts from weathering galling and seizure for greatly extended periods. Highly recommended for mining and/or off shore oil and marine applications.
