MEDXTRACT HIBISCUS 1:2 possesses mainly spasmolytic, antibacterial, anti-oedema, refreshing, tonic and astringent properties and is widely used in cosmetics and personal care formulations, at concentrations ranging from 1 to 5 %. Hibiscus Sabdariffa is a species of Hibiscus in the family Malvaceae, native to the OldWorld tropics, used for the production of bast fiber and as an infusion. It is an annual or perennial herb or sub-shrub, growing to 2 — 2,5m tall.
