Never use PC 11-010 near flames or open light. Smoking is also strictly prohibited during the application process. Wear approved eye protection and gloves during application. Adequate ventilation or use of a respirator is required in enclosed spaces. We recommend Polycomp cleaner (PC 11-040 – Butyl acetate) for the cleaning of the equipment.

Storage & Handling

Open time of the applied primer is about 4-6 hours. If this period is exceeded, apply a new primer coat to achieve an optimum adhesion. PC 11-010 is moisture-sensitive. To obtain a uniform coverage, apply PC 11-010 at a rate of 100-150 g/m². If less primer is applied, adhesion decreases; exceeding the recommended amount may damage the asphalt.
- Storage
Store PC 11-010 in a dry and cool place but not below 10 °C. Shelf life of product stored in original unopened containers is 4 months. Close partial containers carefully, protected against moisture and use as soon as possible.
