Do not use PC 31-030 near flame or open light. Adequate ventilation is required during the application process. Approved eye protection and gloves are recommended during application.
Should contact occur with eyes or skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, obtain medical attention.

The surface to be coated must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, dirt and foreign residue. To obtain optimum adhesion of surface and coating use of a primer (e.g. PC 11-010) is recommended.
PC 31-030 is ready for use as supplied and should be mixed with dry rubber granules as follows:
▪ 20 parts per weight PC 31-030
▪ 100 parts per weight rubber granules
Cure Time
The cure time varies with temperature and humidity. High temperature and high humidity will decrease cure time while low temperature and low humidity will increase it. At temperatures below 10 °C the cure time will be significantly increased. I you wish a faster curing we recommend to add PC 11-030 (activator) at the jobsite.- Storage
PC 31-030 should be kept in a dry and cool place. Shelf life of product stored in unopened original containers is 6 months, contents must be protected against moisture. After prolonged storage the suitability of PC 31-030 needs to be examined.
