PC 51-010 must be stored dry and cool. Avoid contact with water when the component A has been mixed with the component B, there may otherwise form foam. Use safety goggles and gauntlets when handling. Avoid breathing the fumes, since isocyanate can irritate mucous membranes.

Storage & Handling

Mix components A and B in the prescribed blend ratio for 3-5 minutes using a powered agitator. Intensive mixing is mandatory so that the coating is cross-linked throughout. In order to prevent the liquid coating from being absorbed by the porous rubber mat, the first coat has to be done with a pore sealer (PC 41-010). The next coat can be applied after 10 – 12 hours without using a tack primer beforehand.
Consumption: approx. 2,6 – 2,8 kg/m² for thickness of 2 mm- Storage
Store in a dry and cool place, protect from moisture. Shelf life of the product stored in unopened original containers is 6 months. After prolonged storage the suitability of PC 51-010 needs to be examined.
