MICOROX® 23-33 is a rapid setting 2 component epoxy primer/sealer used to improve the adhesion of Micorox flooring systems. The primers extremely rapid thin film set time, even at low temperatures, can result in substantial time savings during the priming phase of floor installation.

Use Micorox 23-33 Primer as a base coat with: MICOROX® FLOORLIFE™DF, FLOORLIFE™CP, FLOORLIFE™SF and FLOORLIFE™HTX.
COVERAGE : Depending upon the porosity of the concrete, each 1 gallon kit should cover 250 square feetof concrete.
- Surface Preparation
Surface to be coated should be clean and free from oil, grease, wax or any foreign substance. Concrete surfaces should be prepared by mechanical means and/or acid etching.
- Application
Mix Micorox® 23-33 by combining the entire contents of the Hardener container with that of entire contents of the Resin container. The material should be mixed with a drill and mixing paddle for 2 minutes. The extremely rapid set time of the 23-33 requires immediate application after mixing. The material should be poured onto the surface to be coated then spread with a brush or roller.
Working Life : 15-20 Minutes once spread on the floor. (If the material is left in the can, it will gel more rapidly)
Clean Up : Clean up tools immediately after use with hot, soapy water and abrasive pads.
- Temperature Limitations
During the installation and cure, surface temperatures of 60°F-80°Fare recommended. 23-33 may be applied at lower temperatures.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Hardening and Cure
Micorox® 23-33 hardens for foot traffic in 2.5-3.0 hours at 77°F. Complete cure may require 18-72 hours depending upon temperature.

Wear protective clothing. Cover hands with vinyl or neoprene gloves. Wear chemical splash goggles. Use only with adequate ventilation.
