Micro Powders Inc MP-15 is a coarse micronized Fischer-Tropsch wax for use as a dusting agent in hot melt adhesives.

Features and Benefits

  • Imparts a high degree of lubricity and slip with rub and mar resistance
  • Ideal release/partitioning agent for EVA,
  • polyethylene, APO and styrene copolymer hot melt adhesives (HMA)
  • Can be applied to the solid adhesive (pellets or ribbons) by dusting
  • Can be applied as a dispersion in water for underwater pelletizing
  • Biodegradable to OECD 302C test standard
  • Not a microplastic per ECHA definitions
