Micro Powders Inc MPP-123ALA is highly engineered LDPE/alumina nanocomposite for unsurpassed scratch and scuff resistance.

Features and Benefits

  • Maximum scratch and scuff resistance for non-slip surfaces
  • LDPE composite reinforced with 300 nm aluminum oxide nanoparticles (Mohs Hardness 9)
  • Provides excellent antiblocking properties
  • Does not lower COF like high density polyethylene grades
  • Composite wax/alumina particle is less abrasive on processing equipment compared to free alumina
  • Effective replacement for PTFE additives
