Micro Powders Inc MPP-1241 is Coarse micronized HDPE wax for use as a dusting agent in hot melt adhesives.

Features and Benefits

  • Effective as a partitioning (dusting) agent for EVA, polyethylene, APAO, and styrene copolymer hot melt adhesives
  • Can be applied to the solid adhesive (pellets or ribbons) by dusting
  • Can be applied as a dispersion in water for underwater pelletizing
  • Imparts a high degree of lubricity and slip with rub and mar resistance
  • Coarse particle size is ideal for use as a surface modifier for high film build paints and coatings
