Aerosol packaged Duraglide™ Dry Lubricant Spray is a medical-grade Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro dispersion lubricant. Ideal for medical mold-release and component assembly applications, this lubricant is spray-applied leaving a thin, uniform, dry, PTFE lubricant coating over any surface. This enables a low cost, non-migrating, inert coating that imparts ultralow friction surfaces and minimal sticking problems common in low-speed, light-load mechanical assemblies.

Microcare VDX Dry Lubricant Spray is a medical-grade Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro dispersion lubricant. This spray-applied lubricant dispenses in a precise spray pattern ideal for spot lubrication of springs, hinges, and mechanical pinch points in medical device assemblies. VDX provides a low cost, non-migrating inert coating that imparts ultra-low friction surfaces and eliminates sticking problems common in low-speed, light-load mechanical assemblies.

MicroCare™ Universal Carrier Fluid is a custom formulated, nonflammable, carrier fluid formulated specifically for deposition use with Dow Corning™ 360 Medical Fluids (polydimethylsiloxane-PDMS) or similar medical grade silicone lubricant fluids. MicroCare™ Universal Carrier Fluid consists of a proprietary solvent blend that provides superior carrying capacity (dilution) of PDMS in weight concentrations up to 10% without fall-out. This capability exceeds the normal manufacturer-recommended dilution range of 0.1 - 5% and provides superior carrier performance and safety for high volume manufacturing applications.

Duraglide™ XF Dry Lubricant is a medical grade, ISO 10993 tested Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lubricant coating. Duraglide Dry Lubricant coatings impart ultra-low surface friction and minimize device actuation problems caused by “stacked tolerances” in low-speed, light-load medical device assemblies.
