Midland Products Adios

Midland Products Adios is a specialty product which says "good-bye" to soap scum, alkali buildup, and hard water films forever. When used in the cleaning program of masonry floors, it immediately restores them to like-new appearance. Floors are no longer dull, discolored, and lifeless. An outstanding use of this product is in the rinse water for all floor surfaces. The detergent, soap or alkali film is immediately dissolved and the floor rinses free for application of a finish. This is a most important product for use in washroom and shower areas. When applied to urinals, toilets, porcelain, stainless steel, chrome fixtures and shower stalls, hard water and soap film buildup are effectively removed. This product is excellent for removing ice melt compounds which are tracked in during the winter months. This product is biodegradable and phosphate free.

Recommended Uses

This product is recommended for use as a rinse for all types of floors, removing alkali buildup on masonry surfaces, washroom sanitation, showers, cleaning stainless steel, formica, painted surfaces and other hard surfaces and to remove ice melt compound.

Directions

Note: Do not use on unsealed marble or terrazzo unless tested at use dilution in an inconspicuous area to determine if staining or other damage occurs.

  1. To remove detergent residue, soap film, hard water salts, and floor finish residue after stripping, use 4 ounces per gallon of water. Machine scrub lightly with proper pad. Rinse with clear water and let dry before applying floor finish.
  2. For removal of ice melt compound residue, use 4 ounces per gallon of water. Damp mop floor with solution and let dry.
  3. For general cleaning of stainless steel, formica, etc., use 4 ounces per gallon of water. Apply to surface with a sponge or cloth. Rinse with clear water if necessary.
  4. For use on masonry surfaces use 8 ounces per gallon of water. Machine scrub with proper pad, pick up solution and rinse with clear water.
  5. For initial cleanup of washroom and shower areas with heavy accumulations of soap film and hard water residue, mix at a ratio of 1 to 1.
  6. For normal maintenance use 8 ounces per gallon of water. Apply with sponge or sprayer and allow solution to "work" 5 to 10 minutes. Scrub with bristle brush and rinse with clear water.
