Features & Benefits
- Animal Feed & Nutrition Features
- Features
- Protein encapsulated fat.
- Proper unsaturated/saturated fatty acid ratio for optimal digestibility.
- Emulsions for greater digestibility, solubility and mixability.
- End User Benefits
- More digestible energy to the animal for greater/faster weight gain and quicker turn-a-round to market.
- Digestibility is better than tallow and 3% higher than soybean oil.
- Increases dietary energy density, alleviates the decrease of dry matter intake during summer heat stress.
- Top-dressed into the feed bunk for easy use.
- No equipment investment so money and space are saved on the farm.
- No concern over consistency in avalability and quality compared to liquid fats.
- No bridging in feed storage silo.
- Saves electricity cost since it requires no preheating before use.
- Long shelf-life, therefore, no need to add antioxidants.
- Easy to maintain the cleanliness of feed bunk, decreasing the risk of pathogenic bacteria growth.
- Increases home-made feed palatability.
- Manufactured in U.S.A. No concern of FMD or BSE contamination.
- Feedmill Benefits
Adds more fat without hurting pelleting quality.
- Free flowing and easy handling.
- Withstands mixing.
- Maintains good PDI and less fines.
- Increases production rate, thus decreasing operation costs.
- No need to heat up fat before use (saving electricity).
- Dry fat eliminates the need for an additional storage bin.
- Protein encapsulated fat feature differentiates products from other feedmill competitors.
- Improves quality of feed, building customer loyalty.
- Known quality parameters (such as free fatty acids, moisture, insoluble impurities, unsaponifiable value or peroxide value etc.) of the energy source.
- Made in U.S.A. No FMD or BSE contamination.
