Nu-Film-17® is a superior deposition, sticker, and extender adjuvant with non-ionic properties based on proprietary Miller technology containing Pinolene. Once applied, Nu-Film-17 begins to polymerize, on the leaf surface, forming a soft elastic film. This film reduces the effects of rainfall erosion, volatility, and ultraviolet (UV) degradation on agrochemical spray deposits. Nu-Film-17 maximizes the effective life of an agrochemical after application by encapsulating and holding the pesticide on the crop surface. Miller adjuvants are essential for the performance of most conventional pesticides and are helping to shift use to more environmentally friendly treatment options such as biological pesticides and preventative options.

Directions For Use
  • MILLER NU FILM 17 may be used with products registered for: Agricultural, Forestry, Ornamental, Industrial Vegetation, Turf and Non-Cropland uses.
  • MILLER NU FILM 17 may be applied by ground, aerial or center pivot irrigation equipment. To extend the activity and increase the efficiency of insecticidal and fungicidal sprays on all crops use 1 pint of MILLER NU FILM 17 per acre when applied by ground, air or through pivot irrigation. For hydraulic gun or air blast tree sprayers, used for spray applications to shade, fruit and nut trees, apply 6 to 8 ozs. of MILLER NU FILM 17 per 100 gal. when applied dilute. For dilute citrus sprays, where the total spray volume is 1,000 to 1,500 gals. per acre, use 2 pints of MILLER NU FILM 17 per 500 gals. of spray mix. For concentrate sprays, where the total spray volume is approximately 100 gals. or less per acre, use 1 pint of MILLER NU FILM 17 per acre. For use with foliar nutrients and plant growth regulators apply 4 to 6 ozs. per acre. For use in vegetable, cotton and row crop programs, use at the rate of 4 ozs. to 1 pint per acre. At the 4 oz. rate, MILLER NU FILM 17 acts as an excellent sticker but will not act as an extender. At the rate of 8 ozs. per acre, MILLER NU FILM 17 will give limited extension of most insecticides and fungicides.
  • MILLER NU FILM 17 may improve plant photosynthesis and does not disrupt the plant cuticle. Do not use the extender rate of MILLER NU FILM 17 on food crops within 30 days of harvest except as follows: MILLER NU FILM 17 can be used with copper fungicides, Bacillus thuringiensis products and other tolerance exempt pesticides on food crops up to harvest.
  • CAUTION- Use of MILLER NU FILM 17 with tolerance exempt pesticides close to harvest may result in visible residue on crops which may render the crops unsaleable. If this is a potential problem the sticker rate of MILLER NU FILM 17 should be used or MILLER NU FILM 17 should not be used close to harvest. No limitations on non-food crops.
