ReleaSys™ MOLD SEALER was designed to provide superior performance and value to customers. Unlike other sealers which need to be applied frequently, ReleaSys MOLD SEALER is generally applied at maximum once per month. Thanks to the mold release sealer high crosslink density and anti-stick properties, the cured coating is extremely durable and chemically resistant, which translates to predictable and reliable release performance regardless of production configurations or mold geometries. Unique to our coating, this sealer provides excellent anti-stick and easy clean properties regardless of the surface it is applied. Specifically it will greatly improve release performance from plastic and composite molds while also minimizing wear and abrasion from the molding process itself. ReleaSys™ MOLD SEALER is a permanent coating that covalently bonds to surfaces, generating a durable, thin film. When combined with a suitable ReleaSys Mold Release product, molders typically are rewarded with cleaner molds, higher-throughput, and quantitative elimination of defects and scrap parts.
