Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-470C Urethane Conformal Coatings is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating provided in the convenience of aerosol. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thinfilm applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-470C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.

ShieldSys™ MX120 is a permanent release coating developed exclusively by Miller-Stephenson to be the most robust and efficient release/anti-stick coating available to molders. Utilization of next-generation crosslinking nanoceramic technology, our coating forms a continuous, highly structured thin film on surfaces. Miller-Stephenson has brought to market a coating with unmatched durability, anti-stick properties, and superior release for virtually any moldable substrate. ShieldSys™ MX120 generates a hard, lubricious coating on metallic, ceramic and plastic surfaces that offers supreme abrasion and chemical resistance and is ideal for continuous and high-throughput molding configurations. Moreover thanks to optimal anti-stick properties ShieldSys MX120 Permanent release coating provides mold surfaces with an easy-clean surface and lower build-up. This greatly benefits production teams as the result is fewer offline cleaning requirements such as media blasting or aggressive solvents usages and more time online, producing parts. ShieldSys MX120 is ideally utilized for continuous mold release scenarios such as rollers, high-throughput molds, large-complex mold geometries and numerous other applications. Properly applied, our product develops a durable, thin-film on surfaces typically between 10-20 µm. ShieldSys™ MX120 can also be used in numerous anti-stick applications and is resistant to temperatures up to 275 °C. ShieldSys™ MX120 is ideally paired with one of our ReleaSys™ Semi-Permanent release agents to greatly extended coating life, reduce build-up, and minimize reapplications. Ideal topcoats include: ReleaSys 8000, ReleaSys 7500, and ReleaSys 7200W

Miller-Stephenson Chemical 850G-104X Fluoropolymer Medical Coating is a water-based, medical coatings which offer next-generation performance, surface adhesion, durability, and superior surface smoothness all while eliminating the use of chromium-VI. Our world-class fluoropolymer chemistry delivers unmatched lubricity and adhesion on all medical guide wires and devices. The 850G-104X not only provides our smoothest surface finish but does so with an average film thickness of only 6-12 microns. In practice, medical personnel will feel smooth, ultra low-friction movement as the guidewire progresses through the vasculature.

Miller-Stephenson Chemical 850G-100X Low-Bake Nitinol Coatings offers a low-temperature variant of their next generation, acid-primer free (Non-Cr(VI)) medical coating for coating of temperature sensitives substrates like Nickel-Titanium Alloys, Polyamide, etc. These nitinol wire coatings are water-based, one coat systems providing the same robust and durable fluoropolymer coating in a lower cure temperature system. Achieving the same performance standards as our 850G-90XX and 850G-102X, this product was designed for the new generation of low temperature metal alloys and/or high temperature plastics. Our world-class next generation fluoropolymer chemistry delivers unmatched lubricity and adhesion on all medical guide wires. Its lower hazardous classification and stability at ambient temperature also help with handling, application pot-life, and storage conditions. These formulations generate very uniform, thin films (5-10 microns) which exceed all ISO and ASTM requirements. In practice, medical personnel will feel smooth, low-friction movement as the guidewire progresses through the vasculature. nd 850G-102X, this product was designed for the new generation of low temperature metal alloys and/or high temperature plastics.

Miller-Stephenson Chemical 850G-102X Waterbased Fluoropolymer Coating is designed to optimize strength, durability and lower coefficient of friction for specific specialty medical products. \ There are one and two coat options for customers who require specific technical challenges Our next generation water-based, Non-Cr(VI) fluoropolymer coating, designed to optimize coating adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance while minimizing coefficient of friction. Our world-class fluoropolymer chemistry delivers unmatched lubricity and adhesion on all medical guide wires in the ease a one-coat system and a safe non-Cr(VI) system. In practice, medical personnel will feel smooth, low-friction movement as the guidewire progresses through the vasculature.

ShieldSys™ 520 Conductor and Insulator Industrial Wire Coating is a high-performance water and isopropanol-based industrial coating designed to exhibit superior substrate adhesion and durability. When applied to a substrate, it exhibits outstanding anti-stick properties and has a very low coefficient of friction. ShieldSys 520 develops a long lasting thin-film that is clean, non-oily, non-staining and chemically inert.

ShieldSys™ 402 PTFE Wire Coating is a solvent-based system designed to provide robust anti-stick and wear resistance for a variety of applications and substrates. This coating adds high lubricity and low coefficient of friction properties to metal, glass, rubber, and plastic surfaces. Utilization of a specialized binding system allows for enhance durability and wear resistance. ShieldSys 402 solvent-based formulation offers accelerated drying and cure times relative to ShieldSys 815 and 520. Properly applied, it will develop a high adhesion, durable coating that excels on all insulating or conducting applications and as a dry barrier lubricant.
