- Paint applications : Load widely used in all paint systems, its lamellar characteristic gives a more uniform surface finish, good coverage and improves the resistance to washability (or abrasion test), its morphology gives Agalmatolite a greater resistance to sedimentation guaranteeing better stability to the system, etc.
- Plastics application : Widely used in thermoplastic resins as a reinforcing filler, improving mechanical properties, increasing strength and hardness, in the manufacture of masterbatches it acts as a dispersant for pigments with high tinting power, especially organic ones, facilitating the pigmentation of virgin resins.
- General applications : It is used as vehicles for active liquids (insecticides and others) refractory molds, friction materials, plastics, rubbers (as filler and lubricant / non-stick), fiberglass, glues, adhesives, in the manufacture of soaps, electrical insulators, stone beat, primer , etc.
