jER™ Epoxy

METABLEN™ is the trade name of modifiers, which have been developed originally by Mitsubishi chemical, a world prominent manufacture of methyl methacrylate resins. Adding a small quantity of METABLEN™ to various resins improves and increases their impact strength and processability, and further improves the characteristics, the appearance and the productivity of their final products.

METABLEN™ 

Acrylic Bead Resins are a line of solid, spherical methacrylate and acrylate resins produced by suspension polymerization. The free-flowing nature of these resins allows for easy dissolution in a variety of solvents and monomers. Our acrylic bead resins are non-hazardous allowing for convenient handling, transportation, and storage and can be used in a wide range of coatings, inks, and adhesives applications.  

At Mitsubishi Chemical Group, we can provide you with a broader portfolio of resins than we can currently showcase on Knowde, with varying of molecular weights, glass transitions temperatures, and functional groups. Acrylic Bead Resins

SHIKOH™ is a UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer. It is used for inks, coatings, and adhesives to add various functions such as toughness, elongation and elasticity. SHIKOH™ is suitable for Ultraviolet beam (UV) and Electron beam (EB) cure system as well as thermal cure. We have wide range of grades based on properties.Bio-based grade is also available.*SHIKOH™ is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group

SHIKOH™ 

DIACRON™ are saturated copolymerized polyester resins used for coatings, inks, and adhesive applications.

They have good adhesion to metals, polyester film, polycarbonate, and can be cross-linked with isocyanates, melamine, and epoxies.

DIACRON™ 

Forzeas™ is biodegradable, compostable and bio-based compound polymer designed and produced by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC). Our unique compound technology can be applied to many varieties of applications. Also, it represents our company purpose  “KAITEKI”  with eco-friendly properties. Forzeas™ can be flexibly formulated and can achieve customer’s demands, polymer performance and biodegradable/compostable/bio-based certification.

BioPBS™ partially (bio-based polybutylene succinate) is revolutionary in its two-fold bio properties.

Bio-based: Using advanced technology from Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, it is both bio-based and biodegradable plastic.

Composable: Derived from natural resources, such as sugarcane cassava and corn, BioPBS™ is compostable into biomass, carbon dioxide and water. Products made from BioPBS™ can be disposed of along with organic waste. BioPBS™ has no adverse effects on the environment and is naturally compostable, without requiring a specialized composting facility.
