DIABEAM™

DIABEAM™ is an UV and thermal curable coating resin.  It can be coated on various substrates such as many kinds of plastics (e.g. polycarbonate, PMMA, ABS, ASA, PET, PP, etc.) and inorganic materials (e.g. glass, aluminum, tin, indium, etc.) in order to functionalize their surfaces. It can be used for various applications (automotive, camera, optical lens, construction, 3DP, cosmetic bottle, film, aluminum vapor deposited product, etc.). BioPBS™

BioPBS™ partially (bio-based polybutylene succinate) is revolutionary in its two-fold bio properties. Bio-based: Using advanced technology from Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, it is both bio-based and biodegradable plastic. Composable: Derived from natural resources, such as sugarcane cassava and corn, BioPBS™ is compostable into biomass, carbon dioxide and water. Products made from BioPBS™ can be disposed of along with organic waste. Ketron® PEEK

End Uses: Gas Fluid Equipment

Ketron® PEEK grades offer chemical and hydrolysis resistance similar to PPS, but can operate at higher temperature range. PEEK 1000 offers steam and wear resistance, while carbon-reinforced PEEK provides excellent wear capabilities. Our latest grade, PEEK HPV, offers outstanding bearing performance. PEEK can be used continuously to 480°F (250°C) and in hot water or steam without permanent loss in physical properties. For hostile environments, PEEK is a high strength alternative to fluoropolymers. PEEK carries a V-O flammability rating and exhibits very low smoke and toxic gas emission when exposed to flame. BENEBiOL™ is Polycarbonatediol (PCD);  linear polycarbonate with hydroxyl groups at both ends which has been developed by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. It can be used as a raw material of resins such as polyurethane. Because of the combination of the “key monomer“ of each grade and carbonyl group, polyurethane resins made from BENEBiOL™ will show superior properties in terms of durability, chemical/stain resistance, and flexibility for example. As some raw materials of BENEBiOL™ are biomass-based, BENEBiOL™ enables your product to be more sustainable.

Techtron® PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) products are a high-performance polymer that offers excellent resistance to chemicals, high temperatures, and moisture. They are widely used in a variety of applications where precision, durability, and safety are required.These products have no known solvents below 200 °C (392 °F) and offer exceptional resistance to steam, strong bases, fuels, and acids. SymaLITE®

SymaLITE is the name given to its special lightweight composites. These Low Weight Reinforced Thermoplastics (LWRT) make up a product group of special lightweight plastic composites with low thermal expansion and excellent mechanical and physical properties. The mixed glass and polymer fiber fleeces produced in special textile processes are supplied as rolls and boards and can be cost-efficient further-converted into three-dimensional components by low-pressure molding. The ultra-light, freely shapeable SymaLITE thermoplastic is noise-absorbent and can be faced directly with functional and decorative cover layers without adhesives having to be used. This eliminates an entire production step.
