MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE CE7777 is a multi-functional reactive polymer based additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a chain extender. Designed to reverse the degradation of PET, PC, PA and other condensation polymers. Can be used during processing in order to increase the melt strength of PET, PA and PC. Suitable for extrusion, thermoforming and injection molding applications.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE IM7017 Impact modifier by ML Plastics is an ethylene-acrylic ester copolymer. It improves splitting-, stress crack- resistance, low temperature- and impact resistance, weldability and processability. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and compounding. PE IM7017 Impact Modifier is compatible with polypropylene, polystyrene, polybutylene terephthalate, ABS, polyethylene, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate. It improves easy processing on standard processing equipment, reduces hardness and increases flexibility, impact strength at low temperature. It provides good adhesion to many substrates, high utilization temperatures, good organoleptic, environmentally sound, good compatibility and filler acceptance, thermal stability to the polymer. PE IM7017 Impact Modifier can be used in cables, masterbatches, construction, bags and for rigid polymers.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE LTA1205 is a additive masterbatch containing a high purity long-term antistatic agent of vegetable origin in PE carrier resin. It migrates slowly to the surface at a controlled rate to maintain long-lasting conductivity.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SO4005 is a high-purity oleamide obtained from vegetable origin in PE carrier resin. Acts as a slip agent. Contains 5% active substance. It can also act as a mold release agent for polyolefin in injection molding applications. The fast migrating oleamide may sometimes create winding, sealing and/or printing problems.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SEA2555 is a additive masterbatch containing a blend of erucamide from vegetable origin and natural silica in PE carrier resin where oleamide acts as a slip agent and silica acts as an antiblock additive. Can be used in the manufacturing of polyolefin films.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE ML1803 is a additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a dessicant. The active substance absorbs the moisture and binds it chemically. This chemical process is irreversible at temperatures normally applied in plastics processing. Developed for the absorption of moisture when extruded with recycling materials as well as for applications which are sensitive to moisture. Can be used during extrusion/molding of all kinds of plastics.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE PEA6005 is a polymer based additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as an antistatic agent. Offers permanent static dissipation performance. It forms a conductive polymer matrix in the host polymer. With proper processing procedures, products with permanent moisture independent static dissipation levels of 10E9 to 10E12 Ohms.sq. surface resistivity are obtainable. Compatible with polyolefins.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PP ML1890 is a additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PP carrier resin. Acts as a dessicant. Recommended for PP applications where high addition rates are required.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE EPH500 is a fluoropolymer based additive masterbatch containing 5% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a processing aid. It reduces the melt fracture (sharkskin), die-build-up and power consumption. Increases throughput. The masterbatch forms a thin coating on the metal surfaces that acts as a lubricant and reduces the friction between the metal and the polymer. Compatible with polyolefin.
