MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 1000/588 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that is fast solidifying, easy to release (demolding), heat stabilized, and contains recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, automotive, building and construction, and various other applications and is typically used for conduit, technical profiles, and various other applications. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 2025/509 GF25 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with 25% glass fiber filler/additive system that is heat stabilized and provides easy release (demolding) and easy flow characteristics. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings and various other applications. The material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment with a temperature not exceeding 30°C. No additional moisture should be added to the material; otherwise, it can cause damage to the material.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 2030/160 is a polyamide 6-based polymer containing a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system that is heat-stabilized and easy to release (demold). It is designed for automotive, machinery, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and mold temperature of 80-100°C. This product contains recycled material.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 2030/219 GF30 IM is a heat-stabilized, impact-modified, injection molding grade containing 30% glass fibers and recycled material. It should be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content. During processing, the melt temperature should be set between 270-290°C and the mold temperature between 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 3030/100 GB30 is an injection molding grade material with a base polymer of polyamide 6 and a filler/additive system of 30% glass beads. This material is heat stabilized, has an easy release property for demolding, and is suitable for various applications and market segments.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 3230/100 GB20 GF10 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with a filler/additive system consisting of 20% glass beads and 10% glass fibers, which provides low warpage, heat stabilization, and fast solidifying properties. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 4230/100.02 GF10 MR20 is a heat-stabilized polyamide 6 that contains 10% glass fibers and 20% mineral filler/additive system. It is recommended to pre-dry the material at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h, depending on its moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.15%. It is suitable for applications such as housing and automotive trim unpainted, cable ties, clips, and various fixtures/fittings in the automotive, building, and construction industries. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO ABS 2017/500 GF17 is a pre-drying condition Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer copolymer with 17% glass fibers. It is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. The maximum moisture content is 0.05%, so pre-drying should be done in either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours or an air circulating dryer for 3-8 hours depending on the moisture content. It is suitable for injection molded parts.
