MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2003/712 GF3 IM UV is a polyamide 6 with a 3% glass fiber filler/additive system. It has been impact modified, fast solidifying, has easy demolding and is UV and processing stabilized. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C and is used in the automotive, machinery, building and construction and sport and leisure market segments. Typical applications include functional components and it should be stored dry, protected from light and not above 30°C.

ALTECH® PA6 A 2003/712 GF3 IM UV

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A55I 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a natural color, designed for injection molding. It has excellent recovery, weather resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use in automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, furniture and injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/ shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, plugs, fasteners &amp; connectors, and 2K components. Furthermore, it is also capable of adhering to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-B 4920/570 MR 20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer containing 20% talcum, slip agent, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized with special features containing recycled material. It is suitable for the machinery market segment and typical applications such as air ducts, housing, and unpainted automotive trim parts for various injection molding.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ASA A 1000/729 UV is a UV-stabilized, injection-molding grade Acrylonitrile/Styrene/Acrylate/Copolymer filled with a light stabilizer, suitable for various applications. Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, or 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 240-280°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C is required.

It contains 15% special filler that gives it a highly reflective, opaque appearance, making it ideal for light blocking components. It should be stored in a dry area and protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 3030/100 GB30 is an injection molding grade material with a base polymer of polyamide 6 and a filler/additive system of 30% glass beads. This material is heat stabilized, has an easy release property for demolding, and is suitable for various applications and market segments.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-H 2030/550 GF30 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer containing 30% glass fibers that are chemically coupled and heat stabilized, with recycled material. It is suitable for Automotive, building and construction, machinery, and various applications such as transport systems, fixtures/fittings, and clips, and impact protection/shock absorber, among others. Pre-drying conditions should be carried out in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60I 4FC0010 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) of natural color, bright inherent color, and blue. Its pre-drying conditions include a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.10%. Special features of the polymer include being food contact compliant with EN 71-3, good colorability, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is used in the packaging, household goods, food processing industry, toys, and other areas for injection molded parts, such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, protection caps, caps/closures, containers, and kitchenware. It adheres to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.

WIC PA66 10 N is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 10% carbon fiber filler and a natural (carbon optic) color. It has medium viscosity and heat aging stabilized properties, making it ideal for use in the Automotive and Sport market segments. To ensure optimal performance, this polymer must be protected from light. Processing conditions involve injection molding using a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. As it has increased thermal conductivity, this must be taken into consideration when setting up the injection molding process.
