MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 1000/588 is a polyamide 6 base polymer that is fast solidifying, easy to release (demolding), heat stabilized, and contains recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, automotive, building and construction, and various other applications and is typically used for conduit, technical profiles, and various other applications. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C.
