SPUR+

SPUR+™ 1015 prepolymer is a silylated polyurethane resin for manufacturing one-part, moisture-curing sealants and adhesives. Plasticizer-free and of relatively low viscosity, it is an excellent base resin for low modulus sealants in building and construction applications where good elastic recovery is required.

SPUR+™ 1050 prepolymer is a silylated prepolymer, plasticizer-free, with low viscosity, for use in the manufacture of one-part, moisture-curing sealants. It is an excellent material of choice as a base resin for medium modulus sealants and adhesives in industrial and transportation applications where higher tensile strength is required.

SPUR+™ 1012 prepolymer is a silylated prepolymer that does not rely on an isocyanate curing reactions. Additionally, it is formulated without the use of phthalate-based plasticizers, and in sealant formulations, using it as the base resin or in combination with SPUR+™ 1015 prepolymer, extremely low modulus values can be attained. This moisture curable resin is an excellent candidate to consider in formulating construction sealants requiring rapid cure, good water resistance, high flexibility and adhesion to most construction substrate materials such as concrete, marble and glass. SPUR+™ 1012 prepolymer can help enable the formulation of non-staining, paintable sealants.

SPUR+™ 1060 prepolymer is a plasticizer-free, ethoxysilane-modified resin used in the manufacture of one-part moisture-curing adhesives and sealants. It is an excellent material of choice as a base resin for medium modulus adhesives and sealants that serve a range of applications, particularly where HAPs emissions are a significant factor.

SPUR+™ 3030 prepolymer can enhance non-isocyanate moisture curable elastomeric roof coatings and waterproof membranes. Developed with outstanding fully cured properties and a wide formulation window. The proprietary design of SPUR+™ 3030 prepolymer can help yield an effective balance of physical and mechanical properties desired in roof coating formulations, and it has shown to improve upon the properties offered by conventional hybrid polymers.

SPUR+™ 3040 prepolymer is an excellent candidate to consider as a binder for high strength adhesives requiring adhesion to a variety of substrates. The low viscosity o SPUR+™ 3040 prepolymer has shown it to be easy to formulate and use for the manufacture of adhesives. Many applications have benefited from the excellent heat resistance of SPUR+™ 3040 prepolymer in circumstances where thermal stability is required.
