Momentive Performance Materials SE30 Conditioning Agent, a high molecular weight linear dimethicone gum, is an excellent candidate to consider for use as a conditioning agent for skin and hair. It can also help enhance transfer resistance in color cosmetics through its synergistic effect with silicone resins.
