MONROE CUT 150 EPS is a chlorine-free cutting oil designed for use in screw machine applications or other machining applications that require the use of medium viscosity neat cutting oils. It is formulated using additives to provide a clean and efficient operating environment, compared to traditional sulfurized cutting oils.

MONROE CUT 160 SF is an amber-colored, general-purpose cutting and grinding oil designed for use in screw machines or other machining applications that require the use of neat cutting oils. This product can be used to machine the most difficult metals. It is formulated without the use of chlorinated additives, making it especially suited for machining titanium or its alloys.

ASTRO-CUT SUPER SYN is a heavy-duty, oil-free, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate designed to offer outstanding machining performance in even the most demanding applications, including aluminum and tough aerospace materials. This clean-running, low-foam product is stable in both soft and extremely hard water and contains additives that provide excellent rejection of tramp oils. In addition, ASTRO-CUT SUPER SYN provides rapid fine-settling capabilities and does not contain any secondary amines.

ASTRO-GRIND A is an oil-free, nitrite-free, water-extendable, synthetic grinding fluid concentrate. It contains wetting agents for superior cooling and corrosion inhibitors for in-process rust protection of machine tools and metal parts. This product offers excellent performance in most grinding operations on cast iron, steels, and most non-ferrous metals except magnesium.
