Montfort International Globeform 480

Globeform 480 is a light-duty, chlorine-free, metal-forming lubricant designed for forming aluminum and other soft metals. The evaporative properties of Globeform 480 greatly reduce lubricant residue on formed parts and eliminate the need for post-cleaning operations. It can be used in numerous metal-forming operations.It is ideally suited for fin stamping in the HVACR market.

Directions For Use

Globeform 480 is used as is requiring no mixing or measuring. Globeform 480 can be applied to the metal surface by roller, spray, brush, drip, or immersion methods. Allow adequate time for lubricant evaporation before handling or further processing. Evaporation time will vary with air temperature, humidity and circulation.
