This pressed curd cheese is made from whole pasteurized goat milk and is aged over 12 months. It is a complex cheese with nutty notes and a creamy texture.

This American original is a mild fruity cheese with rich cheddary notes. The cow milk develops sweet buttery characteristics, as the goat milk develops sweet tangy notes, creating Chandoka - a wonderfully flavorful cheese.

We add a hint of smokiness to our sweet, fruity goat milk Cheddar by naturally smoking it with hickory wood. The smooth, well balanced flavor is complemented by a creamy body.
