    • UV-234 is highly effective for polymers processed at high temperatures such as polycarbonates, polyalkylene terephthalates, polyacetals, polyamides, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene oxide, aromatic copolymers, thermoplastic polyurethane and polyurethane fibers, as well as for polyvinylchloride, styrene homo- and copolymers.
    • Applications include molded articles, films, sheets and fibers. UV-234 also finds use in automotive OEM and industrial high-temperature baking coatings, powder- and coil coatings, overprint varnishes over metal, board, paper, laminates, adhesives and sealants.
    • For outdoor applications, UV-234 needs to be combined with a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) such as LS-123 (for acidcatalyzed systems) or LS-292 (for 2K PUR).
