In coating colors AGITAN SN 777 is normally used in the level of 0,01 – 0,1 % calculated on the dry weight of the coating color. However it is recommended to adjust the dosage according to the situation of foam generated. The product should be tested on compatibility with the other used additives. AGITAN SN 777 is easily emulsifiable in water. The defoamer should be added undiluted in the beginning of the preparation of the coating color.

Following the recommendations the handling of AGITAN SN 777 is uncomplicated. For dosage and storage materials plastics and metal are suitable. After long storage the defoamer might separate. Therefore the product must be stirred well before use. AGITAN SN 777 is not sensitive to freezing. For better handling it is recommended to store the product between 10°C to 25°C. The minimum shelf life in closed containers is 15 months from the date of manufacture.
Totes holding 950 kg net, drums holding 140 kg net or kegs holding 25 kg net.
