We have exclusive access to materials utilizing multiple RF absorption technologies. Continued research and development has kept us on the leading edge of the state-of-the-art in RAM materials. We have used this knowledge to customize our products to meet our customers’ needs under a wide variety of operational scenarios. We are space-qualified. ARC-4300 is an amorphous silica coating, which is applied at ambient temperatures and does not require heat to cure. The novel composition of ARC-4300 prevents devitrification normally caused by thermal cycling and exposure to corrosives. ARC-4300 is supplied in liquid form and is applied by spraying. Water is used for clean-up. There are no known carcinogens or corrosives in the liquid or cured product. ARC-4300 will enhance the serviceable life of refractory and metals subject to high heat environments and thermal loads. ARC-4300 is an unloaded system designed for ablation resistance only

MWT Materials ARC-4300

ARC-4300 C is an resistive version designed for RF insertion loss along with ablation resistance.

ARC-4300M is an amorphous silica coating, which is applied at ambient temperatures and does not require heat to cure. The novel composition of ARC-4300M prevents devitrification normally caused by thermal cycling and exposure to corrosives. ARC-4300M is supplied in liquid form and is applied by spraying. Water is used for clean-up. There are no known carcinogens or corrosives in the liquid or cured product. ARC-4300M will enhance the serviceable life of refractory and metals subject to high heat environments and thermal loads. ARC-4300M is an MagRAM loaded version designed for RF attenuation with ablation resistance.

MWT Materials MF-500 Urethane

ME-505 broadband Electrical isolation coating is a coated carbon based paint in a proprietary urethane (solvent based) resin. It provides broadband RF isolation in a thin format. Its durable abrasion resistant finish is stable in hot and cold environments. The product can be applied with a brush or sprayer or screen printed. It has excellent UV and fire resistance. This product can be applied to various surfaces including but not limited to sheetrock, wood and metal. ME-505 is a lossy ground plane which can be used as an undercoating in conjunction with our MF-500 Urethane MagRAM RF absorbing coating.

ME-506 ALCU broadband Electrical isolation coating is a coated carbon, aluminum and copper blend based paint in a proprietary urethane acrylic resin. It provides broadband RF isolation in a thin format. Its durable abrasion resistant finish is stable in hot and cold environments. The product can be applied with a brush or sprayer or screen printed. It has excellent UV and fire resistance.

ME-565 broadband electrically conductive isolation coating is a carbon-based paint in a proprietary water based acrylic resin system. It provides broadband RFID area isolation across all RFID frequencies in a thin, easy to apply format. Its durable abrasion resistant finish is stable in hot and cold environments. The product can be applied with a brush, roller or sprayed on. It has excellent UV and fire resistance. This product can be applied to various surfaces including but not limited to sheetrock, wood and metal. ME-565 acts as a ground plane which can be used as an undercoating in conjunction with our MF-500 Urethane MagRAM RF absorbing coating.
