The new company occupies an area of ​​87,000 square meters, with an annual production facility of 50,000 tons of silane, 5,000 tons of titanate, 5,000 tons of special rubber additives and other fine chemical products. So far, Sugon Group has formed a new strategic layout with its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Shuguang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. as its production core; Nanjing Shuguang Silane Chemical Co., Ltd. as its sales core; Sugon (Europe) Co., Ltd. as its overseas fulcrum. Already basically completed. 
  Today, when the global manufacturing industry is moving towards the ""Industry 4.0"" era, Sugon is currently one of the earliest companies in the domestic industry to use the self-developed DCS control system for production. It not only effectively reduces the labor intensity of employees and improves the working environment, but also greatly improves production efficiency, reduces manufacturing costs, and ensures product quality, thereby improving the competitiveness of the enterprise in all aspects.
  Quality is the first capital to win the market. Sugon not only passed the ISO:9001 certification first in the industry, but also passed the ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 certification. Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 704 is used as the super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can replace ZDBC, ZDEC, PZ due to its lower vulcanization temperature in application. And the processing has better safety. The prominent advantage is that it does not produce the carcinogenic nitroamine in the rubber processing. It can also be a good activator for thiazole accelerator. When this product is added in, the dosage of zinc oxide and sulfur is ordinary, the fatty acid may be needed or not. SG-R 704 may be added to the rubber material directly, or added into latex with dispersing medium. Please refer to the regulation in the related chapters in FDA, BgVV when it is applied to the rubber product which food contact.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 601 has good anti-oxidation performance. It has both anti-oxidation as HALS has， and noncontamination as phenolic antioxidant has. It is widely used in natural or synthetic rubbers to replace antioxidants with contamination and toxicity. SG-R 601 is a highly effective, nontoxic, low cost rubber antioxidant, has excellent heat and oxidation resistance, can improve fatigue damage of crosslinked rubber under many cycles flexible distortion condition, and has good synergistic effect with antioxidant RD, 4010 to improve aging resistance and tear resistance, so it is used in manufacturing many kinds of rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes and latex products. The common dosage is 1%-3%. It can also be applied to colored products of polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene and cellulose. SG-R 601 also acts as stabilizer for various synthetic rubbers, the dosage is 0.5%~1.5%. In view of its poor anti-sunlight performance, it should be avoided to be used under sunlight.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Silane coupling agent SG-Si 122 is an important intermediate of silane coupling agent, mainly used to synthesize other silane coupling agents. As the rubber processing additive, it is used to process and couple the inorganic fillers in halogenated rubbers such as chlorobutyl rubber, chlorohydrine rubber, sulfonated PVC, etc., It can improve their physical and mechanical properties.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Silane coupling agent SG-Si 121 can be used to synthesize the organosilicone chemicals with quadriamine cation. As a mildew-proof and deodorant processing agent, it displays special function such as antimicrobial, deodorization, antistatic and surface activation.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 602 applies to nature rubber and synthetic rubbers such as SBR, NBR, chloroprene rubber, etc. with aging protection. It has protection from hot oxygen aging, flex fatigue and cracks. It can deactivate metals with various valences. SG-R 602 has remarkable heat anti-brittle function in chloroprene rubber, and strengthens the anti-ozone aging protection capability. It can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the chloroprene rubber, extend scorch time, enhance heat aging performance of the rubber material, increase the processing safety and the storage stability, so it is one of the most preferred antioxidants for chloroprene rubber.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 701 is mainly used as ultra accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers and as general accelerator for latex. It is especially applied to butyl rubber which has request for compression deformation and the NBR (nitrile butadiene) rubber with good aging resistance, and it is also applied to EPDM. Because it is nontoxic, ordorless, non-contamination, non-discoloring, and can be applied to rubber coated fabrics, rubber product on food and medical applications. It has remarkable effect in the product of EPDM and NBR rubber etc.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 705 is the rubber antioxidant. It is mainly used in such synthetic rubbers as SBR, NBR, chloroprene, chlorohydrin, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and so on, and can prevent the cracking due to sunlight, ozone and enhance thermal stability for the chloroprene rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene. In plastic industry it serves as the UV stabilizer and the antiozonant of polymer material. It is used in polypropylene fiber, film and narrowband to provide good stability, but make the product appear yellow-green. The amount of dosage is 0.3 - 3 PHR.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Accelerant SG-R 702 is mainly used as ultra accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and as general accelerator for latex. It is a good activator for the accelerants of thiazoles and sulphenamides. It has strong water activation on the butyl rubber containing the accelerant M, TMTD or a mixture of the two accelerants. It can be used in the products of EPDM, foamed latex products, impregnated goods, etc. Because it is nontoxic, ordorless, non-contaminating, non-discoloring, SG-R 702 can be applied to white or light color goods, transparent goods, medical ware and the goods can be contacted with food. It also can be used in tire, inner tire, electric cable, the roofing sheet material, rubber coated fabrics, and self-sulfur goods.

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Silane coupling agent KH-590 (SG-Si 189) is mainly used with inorganic fillers including carbon black and silica in rubbers such as EPDM, SBR, natural rubber, neoprene, polysulfide rubber, silicone rubber and so on.
