When used in powder coating, we suggest to use the post addition method, by which can increase its charging state; In some porous surfaces like iron casting, it acts as degassing agent; When works together with the HAA and benzoin curing system, it can reduce the yellowish of the benzoin. The additional amount is less than 1.5 %.
- Contents and Methods of Use
- In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
- Usually by a direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks directly.
- It can be added by using varieties of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing devices. Should pay attention to the temperature control.
- Can make wax slurry with the wax at 20-30%; add it into the systems when needed, by which can save the dispersion time.
